Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
Standard Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT will be processed the same day. We endeavour to process after this time up until 3pm without obligation.
Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
2. UK Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. These include Royalmail tracked services and DPD.
Rates are calculated at checkout.
UK Highlands & Islands: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands (postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, ZE) may incur a surcharge and take an additional 1–2 days.
3. International Shipping (EU & Rest of World)
EU Orders (July 2026 Update): Following the removal of the EU €150 duty-free threshold on 1 July 2026, all orders sent from the UK to the EU are now subject to a fixed €3 duty per item category in addition to local VAT.
International Orders
International orders will be dispatched using the same courier services in most cases. However certain countries including the USA we may use other service providers including FEDEX, DHL as examples.
Customs & Duties: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes applied by your country's customs office.
Delivery Times:
Europe: 5–10 business days.
Rest of World: 7–14 business days.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
5. Shipping Exclusions & Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Restricted Goods are for local pickup only.
6. Lost, Damaged or Disputed Items/Delivery
· If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@belchers.uk within 48 hours with photos of the packaging. For lost parcels, we must wait 4 working days (for UK orders) before we can file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement.
- · A package is considered 'Delivered' once the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) updates the tracking status to 'Delivered' or 'Signed For.' [Your Name] is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided."
- · If you choose to have your parcel left in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour via the carrier's app/website, you do so at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for any loss or theft occurring after the parcel has been left in your designated location.
- · Our couriers provide photographic evidence of the delivery. In the event of a dispute, this data will be used as the primary evidence of successful delivery.
- · It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is marked as 'Delivered' to the address provided at checkout but was not received, we cannot issue a refund or replacement
